notice is hereby GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated December 3, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-005812 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, National Association as Trustee for the Certificateholders of Structured Asset Mortgage Investments II Inc., Bear Stearns Mortgage Funding Trust 2006-AR1, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-AR1 , Plaintiff and Bulend Duzen and Tylay Duzen, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Dwight E. Brock, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN THE LOBBY ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112 AT 11:00 A.M. on February 10, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 15, BLOCK 1, OF MARCO BEACH UNIT ONE, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGES 9 THROUGH 16, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
