NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 23, 2013, and entered in 2008-CA-003084 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is the Plaintiff and MARIA E. RAMIREZ A/K/A MARIA ELENA RAMIREZ; JUAN CARLOS ANRAZOLA A/K/A JUAN CARLOS RAMIREZ; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., ACTING SOLELY AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS,; SHERWOOD IV, INC.; SHERWOOD PARK MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM on January 30, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 101, BUILDING 40, SHERWOOD IV, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 2632, PAGE 5, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
