NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 10, 2013, entered in Case No. 11-2013-CA-001986-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas, as Trustee for Dover Mortgage Capital Corporation Grantor Trust Certificate Series 2004-A is the Plaintiff and Richard S. Gibson; Jennifer Gibson a/k/a Jennifer A. Gibson; United Guaranty Residential Insurance Company of North Carolina ; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, Collier County Courthouse Annex, Third Floor Lobby, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 8 day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK 54, GOLDEN GATE, UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 65 THROUGH 77, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
