NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated December 10, 2013, and entered in Case No. 1203595CA of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER COUNTY, Florida, wherein OCWEN LOAN SERVICING, LLC SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO GMAC MORTGAGE, LLC, is Plaintiff, and LUBOMIR MADOLEV, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00am at the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, COLLIER County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 8 day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT T-101, WOODGATE AT NAPLES, FORMERLY KNOWN AS, TREETOPS OF NAPLES, SECTION II, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, OF RECORD, IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 974, PAGES 1306 THROUGH 1394, AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
