CONDOMINIUM UNIT 3, BUILDING 4, BRIAR LANDING AT THE ENCLAVE CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4022, PAGE 2050, AS AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4025, PAGE 1900, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THEREOF, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION.
