NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 11 day of December, 2013, and entered in Case No. 0902852CA, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP is the Plaintiff and JUDITH M BLOCK RONALD C BLOCK GOLF ENTERPRISES, INC. C/O GARY ROGERS: GREENLINKS II CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. JP MORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A. GOLF ENTERPRISES, INC C/O NRAI SERVICES, INC.; and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY
are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, the Lobby on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, 11:00 AM on the 8 day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 1616 GREENLINKS II, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2887, AT PAGE 2138, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis PENDENS must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
