Notice is hereby given pursuant to the final judgment/order entered in the above noted case on December 10, 2013, that I will sell the following property situated in Collier County, Florida described as:
UNIT L-203 OF THE ABBEY AT BERKSHIRE VILLAGE, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1280, PAGE 1401 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, TOGETHER WITH ITS UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at the 3rd Floor Lobby of the Courthouse Annex, 3315 E. Tamiami Trail, Naples, Florida, at 11:00 A.M. on January 8, 2014. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to five percent (5%) of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of the Court.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
