NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated November 6, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 51-2011-CA-005090-WS (J2) of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, National Association, Plaintiff and Elizabeth Margaret McMahon a/k/a Elizabeth M. McMahon Mendrala a/k/a Elizabeth Mendrala are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Paula S. O'Neil, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash In an online sale accessed through the Clerk's website at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on January 8, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 838, UNIT 6-D, JASMINE LAKES SUBDIVISION, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED 1/41 INTEREST IN AND TO THE WATER LOT OF LAKE HENRY, ACCORDING TO THAT CERTAIN PLAT AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGES 43 THROUGH 44, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
