NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 18, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2008-CA-010706WS of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR IXIS REAL ESTATE CAPITAL TRUST 2006-HE2, is Plaintiff, and MATTHEW BLAIR, et al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online auction at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 6th day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
TRACT 285, OF THE UNRECORDED PLAT OF PARKWOOD ACRES, UNIT 3, FURTHER DESCRIBED AS: PARCEL NO. 285: COMMENCING AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SECTION 36, TOWNSHIP 24 SOUTH, RANGE 16 EAST, PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA; GO THENCE NORTH 89°17'04” WEST ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF SAID SECTION 36, AND DISTANCE OF 600.00 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 00°58'50” WEST, A DISTANCE OF 1450.00 FEET, TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; CONTINUE THENCE SOUTH 00°58'50” WEST, A DISTANCE OF 100.00 FEET; THENCE NORTH 89°17'04” WEST, A DISTANCE OF 200.00 FEET; THENCE NORTH 00°58'50” EAST, A DISTANCE OF 100.00 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 89° 17' 04” EAST, A DISTANCE OF 200.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
