NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered November 13, 2013 in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-010178 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Dade City, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST BY MERGER OF NA TIONSBANK,N.A. SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO NATIONSBANK, N.A. (SOUTH) F/K/A NA TIONSBANK OF GEORGIA, N.A. SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO NATIONSBANK OF FLORIDA, N.A. F/K/A NCNB NATIONAL BANK OF FLORIDA is Plaintiff and TENANT #4, ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, ESTATE OF FERNAND DEMERS, MICHAEL K. MUZYKA, TENANT #1, TENANT #2, TENANT #3, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 9th day of January, 2014 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Tract 98 of Hudson Grove Estates being further described as follows: The South 1/2 of the North 1/2 of the North West 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 9, Township 24 South, Range 17 East, Pasco County, Florida, Less the Westerly 25 Feet for the Road Right of Way
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
