NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 9, 2013, entered in Case No. 51-2012-CA-005469-XXXX-WS J3 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein CitiMortgage, Inc. is the Plaintiff and Lisa A. Escobar a/k/a Lisa A. Corey; Unknown Spouse of Lisa A. Escobar a/k/a Lisa A. Corey; Gerald A. Corey a/k/a Jerry Corey; Unknown Spouse of Gerald A. Corey a/k/a Jerry Corey; Clerk of the Court, Pasco County, Florida; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 7th day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 34, CASSON HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 95, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
