NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated November 6, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 51 2009 CA 004805 WS, DIVISION: J2, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC is Plaintiff, and VINCENT BEKIEMPIS; UKNOWN SPOUSE OF VINCENT BEKIEMPIS; UNKNOWN TENANT # 1 A/K/A KAYTLAND GILLS; SEA PINES CIVIC ASSOCIATION, INC.; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendant(s).
PAULA S. O'NEIL, Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 11:00 a.m. online at www.pasco.realforeclose.com on the 7th day of January, 2014 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 28, SEA PINES, UNIT TWO, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 60, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
