Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on July 30, 2013 in Case No. 51-2012-CA-002311-XXXX-ES of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, in which ABC LAKES GROUP, LLC, et al., are Defendants, the Pasco County Clerk of the Court, will sell at public sale the real property in Pasco County, Florida:
The South 220 feet of the North 1/2 of the Northwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4, which lies East of the new location of State Road 45 (also known as Federal Highway No. 41), except the Westerly 100 feet of the South 200 feet in Section 12, Township 26 south, Range 18 East, Pasco County, Florida.
The sale will be held on February 6, 2014, beginning at 11 a.m., to the highest and best bidder for cash at: https://www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with § 45.031, Fla. Stat. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
