LOT TWO (2), OF ALKEN ACRES PARTIAL REPLAT, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 3, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORDIA; LESS THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PORTION THEREOF; BEGINNING AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT TWO (2); RUN THENCE SOUTH ALONG THE EAST LINE OF SAID LOT TWO (2) TO THE SOUTHEAST CORNER, THENCE RUN WEST ALONG THE SOUTH BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT TWO (2), 16 FEET; THENCE RUN NORTHWESTERLY TO A POINT OF THE NORTH LINE OF SAID LOT TWO (2), WHICH IS 30 FEET WEST OF THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT TWO (2); THENCE RUN EAST ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF SAID LOT TWO (2), 30 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.

A PORTION OF LOT TWO (2) OF ALKEN ACRES REPLAT, SAID REPLAT BEING RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, AT PAGE 3, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORDIA, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT TWO (2), RUN SOUTH ALONG THE EAST LINE TO THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT TWO (2), THENCE RUN WEST ALONG THE SOUTH BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT TWO (2), 16 FEET, THENCE RUN NORTHWESTERLY TO A POINT ON THE NORTH LINE OF SAID LOT TWO (2), WHICH IS 30 FEET WEST OF THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT TWO (2), THENCE RUN EAST ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF SAID LOT TWO (2), 30 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on counsel for Plaintiff, whose address is 6409 Congress Avenue, Suite 100, Boca Raton, Florida 33487 on or before 1-20-14/(30 days from Date of First Publication of this Notice) and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition filed herein.
