COOKER A/K/A MICHELE COOKER A/K/A MICHELE COOKER MCGEE A/K/A MICHELE MCGEE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MICHELE S. COOKER A/K/A MICHELE COOKER A/K/A MICHELE COOKER MCGEE A/K/A MICHELE MCGEE N/K/A SHAWN MCGEE; BANK OF AMERICA, NA are the Defendant(s). Paula O'Neil as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on JANUARY 6, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 306 OF THE PROPOSED PLAT OF PALM TERRACE ESTATES, UNIT 8, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 661, PAGE 290, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
