NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pasco County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pasco County, Florida described as:
UNIT 1309, Building 13, from the Condominium Plat for HOLIDAY LAKE VILLAS, A CONDOMINIUM (PHASE 1), according to the Condominium Plat Book 20, Pages 61 through 64 of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium filed September 16, 1981 in Official Records Book 1150, Pages 0482 through 0547, of the Public Records of Pasco County, FL. With the following street address: 1046 Bowsprit Lane, Holiday, FL 3469.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M. on January 10, 2014.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
