NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 11, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 51-2012-CA-008169-ES of the 6th Judicial Circuit in Dade City, Pasco County, Florida, Paula S. O'neil, the Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.pasco.realforeclose.comat 11:00 A.M. EST on the 8th day of January, 2014 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOTS 5 AND 6, BLOCK 181, CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS (FORMERLY TOWN OF ZEPHYRHILLS) AS THE SAME ARE NUMBERED, DESCRIBED AND SHOWN ON THE MAP OR PLAT OF THE TOWN OF ZEPHYRHILLS, AS THE SAME IS RECORDED PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 54, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
