NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 11th day of September, 2013, and entered in Case No. 51-2008-CA-004731-XXXX-WS, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Pasco County's Public Auction website, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M. on the 14th day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
ALL THAT CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND SITUATE IN THE COUNTY OF PASCO AND STATEOF FLORIDA, BEING KNOWN AND DESIGNATED AS FOLLOWS: LOT 256, SHADOW RIDGE UNIT 3, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 18, PAGES 136 AND 137, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
