NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated DECEMBER 4, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2012-CA-07222-WS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein ALISON CALKINS is the Plaintiff, and LARRY DONALD TEDDER and CARRIE LOUNELL MURPHY are the Defendants. Paula S. O'Neil as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on JANUARY 22, 2014, the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4 AND THE WEST 22.6 FEET OF LOTS 1 AND 2, BLOCK 1, VENSETTA PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 46 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
