NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 11, 2013, and entered in Case No. 51-2010-CA-004076WS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida in which US Bank National Association, as trustee for the holders of the First Franklin Mortgage Loan Trust Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-FF2, is the Plaintiff and Gregory E. Naumann a/k/a Gregory Naumann, Tenant #1, Tenant #2, Unk Spouse Of Naumann, Geor AKA Gregory Haumann, are defendants, the Pasco County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on held online www.pasco.realforeclose.com: in Pasco County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 24th day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 166, BEAR CREEK SUBDIVISION UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 18, PAGES 110 THROUGH 112, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
