NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 51-2008-CA-008297-WS of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE UNDER NOVASTAR MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST, SERIES 2006-3, Plaintiff, and, STONE, PHILLIP, et. al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 11:00 A.M., on the 7th day of January, 2014, the following described property:
Unit Number āCā of Building Number 3009, according to the Declaration of Condominium of GARDENS OF BEACON SQUARE CONDOMINIUM NUMBER TWO, as per plat thereof, recorded in O.R. Book 502, Page 213 and all exhibits and amendments thereof and recorded in Plat Book 10, Page 27, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida, together with an undivided Share in the common elements thereto.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
