NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 16, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2012 CA 009128 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED NOTES SERIES 2005-SD3 is the Plaintiff and Mack M. Williams, Gail D. Williams, Lucille Curry, City Of Sarasota, the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at 9:00 a.m. on January 14, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 5, Block C, First Addition To Newtown Heights, As Per Plat Thereof Recorded In Plat Book 1, Page 199, Of The Public Records Of Sarasota County, Florida.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
