NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 2, 2013 and entered in Case No. 2012 CA 000778 NC in the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida wherein OCWEN LOAN SERVICING, LLC was the Plaintiff and TERESA JUNE BURGE, ET AL., the Defendant(s). The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 9:00 a.m. on the prescribed date at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com on the 7th day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 22, BLOCK 7, VENICE GROVES SUBDIVISION, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE RECORDED PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGES 2 AND 2A, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
