NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 2, 2013 and entered in Case No. 2011 CA 006774 NC in the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida wherein U.S. Bank National Association as Trustee RASC 2007KS3 was the Plaintiff and ANTONIA RAMOS, ET AL., the Defendant(s). The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 9:00 a.m. on the prescribed date at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com on the 3rd day of March, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 5, BLOCK 3, SOUTHRIDGE SUBDIVISION, UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO A PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGES 12 AND 12A OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
