NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated December 4, 2013 and entered in Case No. 58-2012-CA-006260 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein FIRST HORIZON HOME LOANS A DIVISION OF FIRST TENNESSEE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION (Plaintiff name has changed pursuant to order previously entered.), is the Plaintiff and CAROLYN ARCHER A/K/A CAROLYN V. ARCHER; DEVIN ARCHER A/K/A DEVIN C. ARCHER; DANIELLE C ARCHER; HSBC BANK NEVADA, N.A., AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO DIRECT MERCHANTS CREDIT CARD BANK, N.A.; COVINGTON PLACE HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 6th day of March, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
