NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated November 19, 2013 and entered in Case No. 58-2008-CA-020797-NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE OF THE HOMEBANC MORTGAGE TRUST 2005-3 is the Plaintiff and TAT K CHEUNG; FUEY K CHEUNG; HOMEBANC MORTGAGE CORPORATION; VILLAGIO CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 12th day of March, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
