NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated December 4, 2013 and entered in Case NO. 58-2010 CA 008108 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA, is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN TRUSTEE OF THE KELELA HOLDING TRUST DATED NOV 7, 2007; THE UNKNOWN BENEFICIARY OF THE KELELA HOLDING TRUST DATED NOV 7, 2007; CHERYL HIRSCH A/K/A CHERYL E. HIRSCH; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on 01/09/2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
