NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 7, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-000681 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, 2007-12 is the Plaintiff and Dale Hutchison, the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at 9:00 a.m. on January 13, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
The Northerly 1/2 Of Lot 11642 And All Of Lots 11643 And 11644, South Venice, Unit No. 44, According To The Plat Thereof, Recorded In Plat Book 7, Page 5, Of The Public Records Of Sarasota County, Florida.

IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
