NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to of an action for non-judicial foreclosure of timeshare units on the Claim of Lien, which is dated June 24, 2013, and was recorded June 26, 2013, in the Official Records of Sarasota County, Florida, Instrument #2013089600 (2-pages), I will sell, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at the at GULF TIDES RESORT OFFICE, 3008 Gulf of Mexico Drive, Longboat Key, Sarasota County, Florida, 34228, on the Thursday, the 13th day of February, 2014, at 11:00 a.m., the following described real property located in Sarasota County, Florida, to-wit:
