Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on December 06, 2013, in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Sarasota County, Florida, the clerk shall sell the property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, online at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, on January 10, 2014 beginning at 09:00 AM.
