NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 14, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 2009 CA 010118 NC of the 12th Judicial Circuit in Sarasota, Sarasota County, Florida, Karen E. Rushing, the Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 A.M. EST on the 8 day of January 2014 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 10, IN BLOCK 38, OF MANASOTA LAND AND TIMBER COMPANY SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK A, AT PAGE 27, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
