Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure entered in the above-styled Case Number 2013 CA 002369 NC, in the Circuit Court of SARASOTA, Florida, that the Clerk of Court will sell the following property, in SARASOTA County, Florida, described as:
Unit 207, Building 20, VILLAGIO, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Instrument Number 2003257048, and amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida; together with the right of use of Carport Numbers 44 & 45, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Instrument Number 2003257048, and amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida,
said property having a street address of 1005 Villagio Circle, Bldg. 20, # 207, Sarasota, FL 34237, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 A.M. on January 27, 2014. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of Court and will be applied to the sale price at the time of final payment. Final payment must be made on or before 5:00 p.m. of the day of the sale by cash or cashier's check.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
