NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 14, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 011853 NC of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon f/k/a The Bank of New York as Trustee for the Certificate holders of CWALT 2004-J8, is Plaintiff and Barbara J. Ulmer, Unknown Tenant #1 and Unknown Tenant #2, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00A.M. on the 8th day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 16, Block 1978, 42nd Addition to Port Charlotte Subdivision, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 17, Pages 52, 52A through 52B, inclusive, of the public records of Sarasota County, Florida.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
