Notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 16, 2013 entered in Civil Case No.: 2013 CA 6851 NC, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein Stephen A. Witzer, as Trustee u/a/d February 7, 1985, is the Plaintiff and Jamileth Zurita is the Defendant. I will sell to the highest bidder for cash via foreclosure sale conducted via the Internet at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. on January 28, 2014 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 8, Block 1296, 26th Addtion to Port Charlotte Subdivision, a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 15, pages 3, 3A thru 3S, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
