NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated AUGUST 27, 2013, and entered in CasE No. 2008 CA 016663 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS SUCCESSOR TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF POPULAR ABS, INC. MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2005-6, is the Plaintiff and CARLOS A. CASTILLO; LUIS BURELLI; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CARLOS CASTILLO N/K/A WANDA CASTILLO; TENANT #1 N/K/A VICTOR HERNANDEZ are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on JANUARY 7, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 99, THE GROVES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 27, PAGE 4, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
