NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 10th day of December, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2012 CA 009076 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST BY PURCHASE FROM THE FDIC AS RECEIVER OF WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK F/K/A WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK, FA is the Plaintiff and JOHN A. BENCIE; MARA VILLA II CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; MV MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATION, INC.; PALMER RANCH MASTER PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; PRESTANCIA COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; USAA FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 14th day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 75, MARA VILLA, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2258, PAGE 720, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 29, PAGE 12, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH COVERED PARKING SPACE AND STORAGE AREA DESIGNATED AS L.C.E. NUMBER B-1
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
