A Florida Limited Liability Company, as Trustee for Peoples Family Land Trust, Dated March 21, 2005; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc., As Nominee for Oak Street Mortgage, LLC are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the 6 day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
