CASCHETTE A/K/A JOEL CASCHETTE; LISA CASCHETTE; REGIONS BANK F/K/A AMSOUTH BANK; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A ANDREA; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 N/K/A ANDREA are the Defendant(s). Linda Doggett as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on March 6, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 70, OF UNIT NO. 4, MCGREGOR ISLES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGE 114, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
