Creditors of the decedent are notified that all claims against the trust will be forever barred unless presented to Rose Marie P. Russo, Successor Trustee, c/o Steven A. Siman, Esq., 3250 W. Big Beaver Road, Suite 344, Troy, MI 48084 within 4 months after the date of publication of this notice. There is no probate estate and no appointed Personal Representative of Decedent's Estate to whom Letters of Administration have been issued.
