LOT 2, BLOCK 2, WEDGEWOOD, A SUBDIVISION OF LEHIGH ACRES, SECTION 30 AND 31, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE(S) 123 AND 124, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 1520 HUNTDALE ST E, LEHIGH ACRES, FL 33936; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at: www.lee.realforeclose.com, on January 13, 2014 at 9:00 am.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
