NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed December 13, 2013 entered in Civil Case No. 2010-CA-059180 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Ft. Myers, Florida, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes at 9:00 am on 13 day of January, 2014 on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment:
LOT 146 OF SAN REMO AT PALMIRA, A SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 74, PAGES 58 THROUGH 68, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
