NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure filed December 4, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 36-2012-CA-055724 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, Plaintiff, and CRAIG ARICK A/K/A CRAIG L. ARICK; UNKNOWN SPOSUE OF CRAIG ARICK A/K/A CRAIG L. ARICK;, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on the 3 day of April, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 17, BLOCK 112, OF UNIT 12, SECTION 36, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 92 (A/K/A DEED BOOK 281, PAGE 50) OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
