NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed December 5, 2013, and entered in Case No. 36-2013-CA-050845 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, successor-in-interest to Bank of America, N.A., as Trustee, successor to Lasalle Bank, N.A., as Trustee for Structured Asset Securities Corporation Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-WF1, is the Plaintiff and Mary Ann Miller also known as Mary Ann Smith, Wayne Miller, North Fort Myers Civic Association, Inc., Tenant # 1 also known as SEAN MILLER, are defendants, the Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, at 9:00am on the 4th day of April, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
