NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed on 6 day of December, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11-CA-52966, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein FANNIE MAE (“FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION”) is the Plaintiff and YOEL TRUFFIN; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; BELKIS HERNANDEZ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF BELKIS HERNANDEZ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF YOEL TRUFFIN; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 16 day of April, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 51 AND 52, BLOCK 3306, UNIT 66, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 22, PAGES 2 THROUGH 26, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
