NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed on 06 day of DEC, 2013, and entered in Case No. 13-CA-52539, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and JAVIER BUCIO MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR MARKET STREET MORTGAGE CORPORATION MARTHA MADRIGAL QUEZADA UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A GUAQDALUPE MADRI; and UNKNOWN TENANT #2 N/K/A JOSE BUCIO IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 6 day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
