PAMPINELLA; PNC BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO NATIONAL CITY BANK; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendant(s).

TOGETHER WITH A PARCEL OF LAND LYING IN RIVERHEAD CANAL SOUTH, ADJACENT TO LOTS 57 & 58, BLOCK 614, CAPE CORAL UNIT 21, PLAT BOOK 13, PAGES 149 THROUGH 173, LEE COUNTY PUBLIC RECORDS MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF LOTS 57, BLOCK 614, CAPE CORAL UNIT 21, RUN ALONG AN EXTENSION OF THE WEST LINE OF SAID LOT 57, NORTH 4.86 FEET TO THE WATERWARD FACE OF AN EXISTING CONCRETE SEAWALL; THENCE RUN ALONG THE FACE OF SAID CONCRETE SEAWALL N 89° 39' 22” E, 80.00 FEET TO AN INTERSECTION WITH THE EAST LINE OF LOT 58, BLOCK 614 EXTENDED; THENCE RUN SOUTH 5.34 FEET TO THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 58, BLOCK 614 EXTENDED; THENCE RUN SOUTH 5.34 FEET TO THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 58, BLOCK 614; THENCE RUN WEST 80.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
