Lots 41 and 42, Block 3579, Unit 47 Part 1, Cape Coral Subdivision, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 24, Page 7, in the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on the Plaintiff's Attorney, David L. Boyette, Esquire, whose address is Adams and Reese LLP, 1515 Ringling Boulevard, Suite 700, Sarasota, Florida 34236 on or before January 22, 2014 and file the original with the Clerk of the above-styled Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
