Unit 1038, Building 10, of TERRACE V AT HERITAGE POINTE, a condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 4569, Page 3708, Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
At public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, beginning at 9:00 a.m. at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on January 6, 2014.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
