Martinez, Discover Bank, FIA Card Services, N.A. fka Bank of America, Regla Lastra, Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Diversified Mortgage, Florida Corporation, P & S Auto Salvage LLC, State of Florida Department of Revenue, Tenant #1, are defendants, the Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes , Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 5 day of March, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
