NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 13, 2013, entered in Case No. 11-CA-053399 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Central Mortgage Company, is the Plaintiff and Diane Dramko Flynn; Rodney Flynn a/k/a Rodney Douglas Flynn; Multibank 2010-1 SFR Venture, LLC; Jomar Investments, LLC. are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the 13 day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 12 AND 13, BLOCK 933, CAPE CORAL UNIT 26, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGE 117, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
